Labor??

Question

These are some of my timed contractions. They've been steadily getting more painful. I called the docs and they said to head to the hospital, but I told them I'm not going until I'm in tears from pain (I want a natural birth so I'm avoiding hospital as long as I can!) so they compromised and are having me getting checked in the office at 330. I'll let you know!!
UPDATE:: 4 cm and 80% effaced. Midwife begged me to go to the hospital so I'm going. She thinks it will only be a couple of hours till she's here!!!

This is how mine were and they sent me home because they weren't strong enough and I wasn't dilating past 1cm

Best of luck!  What I've been told, is that when contractions start, try whatever you can to get rid of them... Bath, eat, rest, etc.  If they are still coming on, drink plenty of fluids, since dehydration can make you contract.  Then if they still aren't going away, do things to make them come (walking, bouncy ball, etc).  For your sake, I hope it's the real deal!  You can do this!
