Emotional eating
My SO & I have been TTC for over a year and every time I receive a negative I realize I take comfort in food. I have gained 20 lbs. & I decided to put it all on hold. I didn't realize how much I've gained & what I was doing to my body. I plan to hit the gym & lose more than I gained in hopes to up my chances of conceiving. Problem is, My SO doesn't think it's a good idea to stop. How do I explain to him what I'm going through & to make him understand??
