I attempted suicide and now my boyfreind isn't interested ?

So a few months ago I attempted to end my own life , obviously things have been rough and we've all been struggling but recently I've been feeling better and more confident in myself but even if I try to start something in bed or talk naughty he just ignores it or hugs me closer until I stop , I really don't know what to do. I know he's hurting just as much as I am but I feel like he's scared to hurt me more than not wanting it for himself and just need some help
