I've never orgasmed during sex!

I have never had an orgasm during sex with any partner I've had (there aren't many but they ranged in size). I've only ever had an orgasm while using a vibrator and watching porn. My partner now is probably the smallest I've ever been with. He is seriously the best person I've ever met though. How can I make sex more enjoyable and have an orgasm during sex without hurting his feelings?!
