Early ultrasound
Had an early ultrAsound done today due to chances of twins .. My last period started on january 16th. The ultrasound show the sac and the yolk but no heart beat yet (pole) 
Should i be concerned or is it too early ? This is my second pregnancy. They rescheduled an ultrasound for march 14th
