What to do

I cried so hard today when my dr told me I was. Gaining weight to fast she said I started at 220 came back at 20wks 265 I gained 24lbs and that's 24lbs and that's all I've should have gained my whole pregnancy. I don't eat a lot and I'm using government which of course doesn't give me enough to buy the healthiest I should be eating I'm in process of getting back into work it's all just so miserable.  😢😢😢😢
