Help please!

I'm 15 weeks pregnant.. n first of all I had clear discharge witch I know that's normal, then I have brownish discharges witch they told me that's normal as well Cuz I already have one baby.. I had pinkish blood like not a lot went to the hospital n they told me baby looked fine everything was ok I was Cuz I had a bruise in my placenta n that wat was causing my bleeding! It went away for like 2 weeks bt now I'm getting it bck no cramps nothing harmful I feel fine myself! Should I worry should I get a second opinion from another Dr wat should I do?
