Ttc 9 months now

Sooo I have a two year old and been ttc 9 months I'v already had several tests and all came back fine. So we are kind of wondering if there's anything wrong with my partner. So has anybody tryes anything to try improve spearm quality ect going to try a few things over next couple of months before he goes to docs. He dosent dribk or smoke and we have used pree seed this month for the second time. Thankyou for replys !!!!!!!! !!!!!
