Hey ladies. I'm 5 w 5 d right now and have been experience this faint almost like pinching in my lower right abdomen for a couple days. I was having some "ovulation type" pain in that ovary for a while and was thinking possibly cyst but now having these little tugs there. Of course right away I think ectopic but it doesn't seem to be in one exact spot kind of bounces around that general area and is very mild. Not severe pain just annoying and is almost always on the right side. No bleeding. I'm sure could very well be everything adjusting down there and maybe it's just not symmetrical lol just wondering if anyone else experiencing this.
