Answers please

I had a doctor's appointment today where I was informed by my dr that my bbys heart beat was jumping from high to low, so they monitored me what was supposed to be for 15 mins well 15 mins turned to over s hour. Turns out my dr and the nurses all just went on lunch break. Just left while I was on the monitor for his heartbeat. So it was one lady who works front office she told me to leave and the dr will call me. The dr called me about 30 mins later and said everything was fine. But I don't believe her. During the monitor his heart best would jump from 160 down to like 90 so I'm very concerned and just thinking of going to the hospital.. Wwyd in this situation??
