First Pregnancy!

So I am 4 weeks and 4 days, and we haven't told anyone yet. I want to because whenever I go around my family they like to wrestle or hit me in the gut. (It's a family thing especially between my siblings and I) but this is my first pregnancy and I want to wait until the chances of miscarriage are low too. I'm stuck, my first appt is March 8th but I just dont want to stop going around my family until I'm 12 weeks. Someone help!
