Worst dreams(nightmares)!

I was always told about pregnancy dreams being crazy but mine are flat out terrible. I'm 13wk +2 and I dreamt that I was at a school and a nurse comes over to me with test results and tells me that I probably already lost it. (Way to help my anxiety dream! Ugh) then I woke up super early this morning because my sister went to the high risk doctor for me, came home and told me that I can't move my head because I have an aneurysm and my brain is detaching. Now of course I have a terrible headache. Can I please have some weird/nice dreams?
