UTI or yeast infection??

Woke up this morning and my vagina is so irritated!!! I'm at work with no panties on because they made it worse.  Taking them off has some relief.  But I go to the restroom & hardly anyhtingn comes out sometimes!   A few days ago I noticed my urine was cloudy. I have no itching just irritation.  Help please!

Same thing happened . So I Increased water intake and it went away. I still went to doctors to make sure everything was okay. I think I was just a tad dehydrated.

About 2 weeks ago same thing and I waited 3 days to see if it would go away or get better. Then I couldn't get anyone to answer at my doctor office and I thought I was going to die I was so uncomfortable. So I researched it and got the Monistat 7 they said its 100% safe for use during pregnancy. But I had BV and was on antibiotics and a yeast infection was a side effect so I was positive that's what it was. But I would call your doctor because if you use it and that's not what it is it could get worse.
