Discharge

Hey all you lovely ladies! I have a bit of an embarrassing question that I'm hoping you may be able to help with. I have this really thick white discharge that like builds up in my vagina. Like when I use a finger I can pull feel it in there and can pull a lot out of I wipe around a bit. There's no off smell at all and it's just white. I have no discomfort, no itchiness or anything. I've had yeast infections before and I'm pretty sure it's not that. So I was hoping maybe someone has some idea? I have an appointment with my gyno tomorrow to go over some blood work so I'll ask him but if you guys have any ideas I'm more than happy to hear them! Thank you!
