Feeling weird. Anyone else?

Been feeling off the last day or so and today at Clinical I got very hot and light headed then got cold clammy and really shakey. I ended up going to the doctor as my clinical instructor was concerned. The doctor didn't find anything wrong and said it was probably nothing. Maybe just a little bug or just being overly tired. Told me to lay around and take it easy. Anyone else had this? I have gotten dizzy when standing up too fast but this was so weird. Blood sugar and pressure were both within normal.
