If you happen to have any essential oils around use some lavender mixed with a carrier oil like jojoba or coconut oil and put that on the whole area to soothe it. Maybe it's some contact dermatitis thing that's just a coincidents (hopefully!) 😬

Dermatitis can be caused by just about anything. It's harmless and should go away on its own, but some unscented moisturizer can help, and some 1% cortisone if it's itchy.

Did you shave without using water or soap/shaving cream because I get the exact same thing if I shave without that stuff

Is that the spot where you had the patch stuck? If so, it's probably an allergy to the adhesive. If not, then no idea.
