HELP Worried about ectopic

I'm 7 weeks 5 days and I'm worried about ectopic. I can't see an OBGYN for another three weeks and I can't afford an ER visit to see if there is something wrong. I've had off and on spotting since 5 weeks. Usually dark brown sometimes pink only when I wipe. I've had awful headache and constantly feel like I'm going to pass out. I have some low pains sometimes on the left and sometimes on the right. Should I really be worried?
