Intuitive animals?

My pitbull raised her puppies in my room... Well when i got pregnant she started using the bathroom in my room... Other peoples animals jump in my lap and snuggle up against my baby bump... And lastly my boobs are full of colostrum and my mother in laws dog just had puppies i was holding one of the puppies on my chest when i noticed it was trying to nurse .... Can animals really tell when humans are pregnant?
