Back in the Gym!
So I was a competitive powerlifter and Strongman competitor before I got pregnant. I was in the gym 4-5 times a week and very active. My energy completely dropped for the first 16ish weeks and I have just started feeling good enough to work out again since about a month ago. Today is my first day back in the gym! My doctor encouraged me to continue training, but to drop my maximum weights about 30%. Let's just say the elliptical, some light weight work, and 10 minutes of walking did me in today! But I feel soooo much better! I can't wait to get back into the swing of things.
