Peeing self? (Tmi..?)

I literally pee myself at least once a day.. I have allergies and I sneeze a lot and if I haven't peed within the last few min I always pee myself. I know a lot of people go through this during pregnancy, but could it be a sign of weak muscles? I have been wearing pads and that helps a lot.

I have had this happen too, but mine usually happens when I'm (sorry tmi) throwing up from morning sickness. I just get so sick and it comes up so forcefully I can feel my stomach muscles tightening and then it happens. So like you I wear a pad and keep plenty on hand.

Lmfao I sneeze and pee a little every time I do.. I'm pregnant it's to be expected. Nothing is wrong with me or my child. I was the same way with my son and everything was fine. If it's a full on gush then I would talk to your doctor but if not I wouldn't really worry

I do the same when I sneeze, it's embarrassing. Just do your kegel exercises and wear won't liners. I'm now 31 weeks and haven't noticed myself doing it as much

I spoke with a pelvic therapist and she said leakage at any point is not normal, even during or after pregnancy. I would consult someone, honestly.
