Help?

I know questions like this get asked all the time but I'm really worried. I'm not looking to have a child as I'm in college however my period is three days late. I'm on the pill so it's really odd for it to be late. I also have no cramps or symptoms. Should I be concerned?? Any advice would help. What were your early pregnancy signs?
