What weird symptoms do you get right before your period?

I always know I'm going to get my period a week before it happens because I get lower back pain near my butt and I crave ice cream or really sweet foods. I also take naps a lot more lol. What are your symptoms or weird cravings?

I get so emotional and will cry or feel dramatically sad for no reason.
Example: "this song is so good I love it so much I will listen to it five times and weep gently. Also, I am All Alone and have No Friends and Nobody Loves Me I am truly a Paragon of Misery" 🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫
