Dog collars and leads from the pound shop, rulers are good for spanking, restraints are a little more difficult..I'd suggest investing in good bondage rope.  Seeing that you said light bondage, that's all I can think of seeing as what my SO and I do is not at all light 😂

Cheap, and you can be insanely creative,   you can get countless instructional books. Shibari is the ancient Japanese art form of rope bondage, it is especially beautiful.
