Break ups

How do you get over a break up  me and my EX broke up 2 months ago but we still kept in contact and had sex every now and again we were friends now he saying he doesn't want to be friends anymore he always been back and forth one minute he wants me next minute he doesn't and I'm tired of it I just want to move on but I don't know how  I feel so hurt by him how do I get over him and this break up  I need you guys advice please I feel so lost now
