FP Ovulation test is it starting to pick up LH?

I didn't get my period and I have only ➖ test! So I thought maybe I am ovulating later possibly so I took this test. Last ➕ ovulation was Feb 16. I'm currently CD 38 (normal periods 28-30 days)
