Started bleeding again?

I'm 4 weeks and 4 days PP. I quit bleeding at 2 weeks post partum and have just had the yellow discharge since then until yesterday when I noticed bright red discharge. It was only in the morning and didn't seem to get worse. Today however I noticed some more red blood (less dischargey looking) on my panty liner. Anyone else randomly start bleeding again? I'm exclusively BF. Didn't expect period so soon??? Not feeling crampy or anything.
