Just wanted to know how often others breastfeed their babies.

I let my baby nurse as often as she wants.

I'm bottle feeding breast milk, and I feed when she is hungry (I wouldn't want to be force fed, I don't believe babies should be either except the first two weeks when they'll just sleep through everything) she usually goes about 2 1/2 hours during the day and 3-5 at night. Eating 2-4 ounces at a time. She's six weeks.

I nurse on demand which usually ends up being about every 3 hours. Sometimes 4 if I get lucky that day
