Has anyone used this set?

Has anyone used or is using this set from Orbit Baby? I would like to know your thoughts and opinions on this, before ordering a set myself. Is it worth it? Thank you all in advance 😊 Also, if you have purchased one,does it come with the car seat and the Sun Shade seat as well?

My friend bought this and hated it. The car seat is one of the heaviest on the market, apparently her son got very hot and sweaty in it because he would sit so low into the seat, and the safety ratings are ok, but nothing to write home about. Also, you have no option to mix and match the seat with the travel system like you can with many other systems. She said it's also very bulky and inconvenient. She did get a lot of compliments on it, but ended up selling it and getting the bugaboo cameleon (which is the one I ended up getting as well and absolutely love!) I think it's at about the same price point, and is rated the number one safest stroller on the market

I've heard from several people that their customer service is TERRIBLE. If one piece breaks they likely won't replace it and will ask you to buy a whole new set.

The set is heavy/bulky. As mentioned above, the car seat is not great.
Probably one of our most impractical purchases:( we sold ours within a few months of buying.

There are better options at the price point:) check out the uppababy vista with the Mesa infant seat!
