Breast cancer?

I was reading an article that said lumps were not the only sign of breast cancer. It said that dry and scaling skin can be to. I have dry, red itchy patches on my breaststroke. I do have dermatitis and these patches scattered around my body but reading the article has gotten me a bit worried. I don't know if I should maybe see a doctor or if I'm over reacting.
