Any GD moms getting induced early due to size?

Question

I'm 35wks measuring 39 at estimated 7-8 pounds, doctor says he's sure she will come within 3 weeks or less, but I've herd some moms OBs inducing early due to size reasons, he doesn't seem to be concerned with it. Any moms OBs inducing due to size reasons?

Answer

I'm being induced at 39 weeks since I'm on insulin. Baby weighed 6 pounds at 32 weeks (4 weeks ago) and I will have another ultrasound done next week to check weight again which will determine if I need to be induced earlier or not.
