No one answered this last time I posted it

Asking this again because I really need opinions. Me and my boyfriend have been dating for over a year and gradually it has taken longer for me to orgasm and he has to put in a lot more effort. This is when he's fingering me btw, not sex. He thinks he can't please me because it used to take about 5 minutes and now it takes 20-30. He also has to use more than one finger. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it normal in a long term relationship? Please help!
