Is it still possible this month??

Today at 11:30 AM I got a close to positive ovulation test (will test again tomorrow). Hubby was not in the mood and was too tired to BD tonight after work (I'm a little heartbroken😞). Any chance that if we BD tomorrow night after he gets home, we could still conceive this month? First month using opk. TTC for 3 months.
