Raped?

I've been sexually assaulted many times I can't count but this one was the worst. (No details) A guy shoved his hands down my pants and kept fighting him off but I'm 5'1 and he is 6'1 so I had no hope. He made me bleed (not from the hymen) and I'm not sure what to call it. Is it rape even though he didn't puts his penis inside me? The definition say any penetration from any object is rape but I want to hear your guys opinion?

It happened to me when I was 14 by the guy I liked I always just say "he took advantage of me" but it the back of my mind I know it was "rape". If you ever need someone to talk to I'm here and a whole community of women on this app are here to listen.

Unfortunately it wouldn't be classified as rape but it is definitely sexual assault and you could go for other charges

Well I'm a law student. And in my country it would classify as rape. Rape ia defined in our jurisdiction as the insertion without consent of the penis, any body part or object to the vagina, anus or mouth.

In my experience i choose not to call it rape but molestation yes... My ex did it to me he was my first bf i was 15 he was 19.. Like i said i don't call it rape but i mean it's up to you im just not comfortable saying that

Although many COURTS would not consider it rape (for reasons I cannot even fathom) but it's definitely sexual assault. Speak up about it. I'm sorry you've had to go through that.

I had the same thing happen to me. Just because it wasn’t SEX doesn’t mean it wasn’t rape. If you didn’t want anything to happen and you told him no and he kept going, it’s rape.
