So my sister in law was being hostile and yelling and cussing in front of my child and my grandma and dad at me then threatens to put her hands on me and later after I went to calm down and my dad got my son away from it all they being my brother and his wife bring drama back up around my son while he's trying to go to sleep and she the starts running at me and says something about beating my ass now shes about 5 months pregnant I fell trying to get in my room and lock the door so she couldn't harm my unborn child or myself I plan on taking charges out on her for communicating threats what is the best way to go about that I've never dealt with this kind of thing the cops were called and talked to both of us and said I could file charges but thats all they said to me and I'm still shook up all prayers and advice would be appreciated they are in the process of packing their things and moving out tonight
