Motion sickness

Is motion sickness common in pregnancy im 30 wks, and my friend wants to go on a dolphin watch this sunday for her birthday but i havent been on a boat since ..woah.. elementary long time ago..but would it be safe to go on a boat for a few hrs or would i most likely blow chunks??
