Do you wait until your lotion to dry before putting your clothes back on?

After I get out of the shower I usually cover my whole body in lotion. My lotion takes FOREVER to dry. It takes 30-1hour to completely dry. And im scared that if I put my clothes on right after I put the lotion on..that the clothes will just rub the lotion off and it won't soak into my skin. Do any of you wait until it drys to put your clothes back on?

OK so I'm going to share with you what my dermatologist explained to me... (I have extremely sensitive skin so I must go) a couple months ago I started noticing my lotion taking forever to soak in (like your  explaining) so I brought it up to him about switching my lotion or what to do. He informed me all lotion, cheap or expensive should not take more than 15 minutes to soak in, and if it does it means your body needs a deep cleansing. He gave me these exact recipes to make at home that works wonders!!

COCONUT COFFEE &SUGAR SCRUB:
14oz of extra virgin coconut oil
5 tbs coffee (any kind you like)
3tbs brown sugar

Mix all together and in the shower once a week scrub your entire body with this. The sugar is for a sweet smell and texture. The oil is for hydration. The coffee is for the deep cleansing to scrub out all the pours that are clogged. Do it for 3 days straight and watch how amazing your body starts to glow and your lotion soaks in! (I've attached a photo of the coconut oil I use and I promise ladies it works) after doing this remedy for 3 days then try to do it once a week (if you have time)

I just use baby oil instead of lotion.  Slather it all over right after you turn the shower off before you bran a towel.  You don't have to let it soak in or anything, just rub it in and then towel off.  It is way faster and in my opinion works better too.

I would get a different lotion!! 30-60 mins is way to long to wait haha

Lol!! I've thought about this too! Sometimes I put my shorts on and wait to put in my shirt, but I only wait like 15 mins. I also sometimes use a tummy butter when I'm itchy and that doesn't seem to ever dry! So annoying
