Any tips? My rainbow baby turned out to be another angle baby

Yesterday we found out that our little one had no heartbeat at 9 weeks. I'm completely devastated and nervous to start the miscarriage naturally. :( any tips on how to heal emotionally and physically?

I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm also sorry because I don't have any real advice. I, too, just lost my rainbow baby. Two miscarriages in a row now. I'm going to see a specialist and am getting a d&c to hopefully find out answers. The healing process as I'm sure you know depends on each person individually. Just take all the time you need, and don't let anyone make you feel like you're taking too long. Grieve however much you need to. I hope you find peace soon and am wishing you all the best. I am so sorry, my heart breaks for you. I lost my baby between 8 and 9 weeks this past weekend. Honestly I am glad it was natural as the D&C process terrifies me and seems so traumatic. Although losing your baby in any way is traumatic. I only experienced severe cramping for about an got before the baby passed but I am still having pain. Not cramping just sore bruised achey type pain in my whole abdomen. I don't know if it is normal or not so I'm not sure if you can expect pain for a while after like me or not. All I can say is let it happen at home in peace, my mom made me go to the ER and I really wish I would've stood my ground and went home to pass my baby in peace instead of in the ER bathroom. I'm so sorry for your loss and if you have questions I will do my best to answer them for you.
