Need a lil help

I made a registry on Wal-Mart app and basically I need some help in getting ready and prepared for my baby girl if you or anyone you know that can help me I have a list of items I need to have in stock I'm under Serfina Garcia thank you I really appreciate it it's hard for me since I'm gonna be a first time mother ...I know this ain't a place to be posting this but I don't have anywhere else to post this sorry if anyone gets offended bout me trying to get a lil help in any way for my lil one ...
