So i really hate bothering my dr with my questions (anxiety thing) but this is the third day that ive had stomach pain up high and down low (in my pelvic area) its so painful that i cant lay on either side or ease it by sitting or standing im in tears, cant sleep, or eat...ive been trying to drink water. I also have a headache and the first day i had the runs really bad yesterday i almost fainted at the store is this normal?
