When will be the perfect time to reveal my baby news?!

I told two people right away - by best friend and my very good friend who just had a kid so I can ask her anything.

We told our parents sooner than we planned (around 10w) because hubby's parents were planning a trip and would be arriving home right around my due date. His dad told his mom and his mom often sees my dad in the grocery store parking lot so I told my dad.

I'm almost 13w now and we are slowly telling people. At some point something will probably show up on facebook but there are people who need to be told in person first .
