I am very scared and need help now please

I am eight weeks and one day pregnant I have had a horrible morning sickness to the point to where I can't keep even water down and I've been dry heaving since five weeks all of a sudden today's ago I started to get a bit of my appetite back as long as I took one of my nausea pills that I got for my OB/GYN I was actually able to eat in yesterday I actually had an appetite and was craving food which never happens is early and my other two pregnancies I was sick the whole nine months with my son and my daughter I don't know is this is normal if this is I don't know if maybe I should be worried that something is wrong with baby or if there something wrong with me I know every pregnancy is different as anybody else ever experienced this horrible morning sickness all your other pregnancies had it for a few weeks on this one and I still get sick if I don't take the pill but it's not as bad the pills working no it wasn't before please help me I'm very worried and I don't go back to the doctor till the 31st
