Wondering What This Is

Today is the 4th day since being off my period and tomorrow I should be ovulating but earlier I was just standing and then there was a sharp pain in my right ovary. Immediately after I felt a small amount of blood come out and it was kind of brown and it was very thick. Now if I stretch or strain my stomach at all my ovaries hurt extremely bad. Can anyone explain this?
