Stomach bug 2WW

I'm 10DPO today with a stomach bug, feeling nauseated, diarrhea, headache, lower back pain and extreme fatigue (fatigue & back pain started 3 days ago). I know it's hard to say what is stomach bug or pregnancy symptom, but has anyone had a stomach bug & ended up having a BFP?
