TTC after having a LEAP procedure

Just wondering if anyone had a LEAP procedure done and is ttc right now.. My OB said it's okay to TTC however, I'm so nervous that the baby will be born much earlier (due to the cervix being shorter now). Has anyone/someone you know have a baby after the procedure? If so, please do share. Thanks in advance!
