Can't do anything today 😞😞
I'm 9w1d and I feel like absolute garbage. Nausea struck this morning and had me out of bed in seconds.. 20 minutes later, sick again. I have 3 day home kids under the age of 2 and I feel so useless to them because I have no energy. Can't keep anything down, including water. The struggle is real today ladies, any advice ?
