Baby Hugh - Labor Story

Baby Hugh arrived Saturday 3/5 after 26 hours of craziness. Water broke but no contractions. Went to the hospital and was only dilated 1 cm and cervix wasn't thin enough. They had to insert something to get that process going, started having contractions and 6 hours later they started getting severe so I got the epidural but the pressure was still so intense. Find out it's back labor and baby was sunny side up making it more difficult and painful. When I hit 9cm they started to have me push. That lasted an hour and a half till the doctor said baby hadn't budged an inch and most likely wouldn't. Went in for csection and then 30 minutes later he was here. Crazy how the worst pain in your life can bring you the best thing in your life!
