Nipple piercing
Okay so I have had my nipple pierced for about 2 years now and I noticed recently it's gone horrible!!!

It's gone all gross, puss coming out of both sides, crusting over, I find Staines in my bra from the puss and it gets sore to touch!
I've always been told not to take a piercing out when it's infected and to wash it daily and clean it
I've been doing that for a week with warm salt water and it's just not clearing up
I've recently found out I'm pregnant and my friend said it might be the metal that's irritating my skin now
I was just wondering would it be safe to just take it out and clean it and let it heal?
