After Labor Smell

Okay I gave birth on the 10th of February. I know I was suppose to wait but I ended up getting my sex drive back and was a raging animal so I had sex 10 days later feb 20th .. Then a few times after that.. But now omg my vagina smells like a dead rat or something has this ever happened to anyone ? I have a doc appt tomorrow so nervous
