Help!!!

I know some discharge is normal, but I have quite a bit of clear/milky discharge in my underwear nearly every single day. And when I am getting intimate the "wetness" is too wet, like I can't even feel anything because of how much moisture there is. Any way to fix this problem or what's causing it?
