Chest Acne or what? Ive been dealing with this for about a year now and I can't seem to get it to go away with anything I use :( I clean my chest and face super well (it's the same for my forehead) but it's not going away at all. Please help...?

The only thing that's stopped my acne (chest back and face) was birth control. I wa son it for a year and had super clear skin. Now that I've quick my everything is breaking out like crazy again and nothing is fixing it. Definetly wanting to get back on birth control soon.

I used to have that. I started birth control and my acne totally went away. I only took birth control for 3 months and stopped and so for my acne has not came back. I mean I do get a few pimped here and there but nothing cambered to how I used to get them. I mean that's what helped me, but everyone is different.

Also I've been told that hot water can make your acne worse. It's so true, because every time I take a shower with hot water I will always end up getting pimples and then I stop taking hot showers and they go away.
